With the awareness of its corporate social responsibility, MC Companies created The Sharing The Good Life Foundation as an organization designed to build strong and vibrant communities, improve quality of life, and make a positive difference where we live, work, learn and play.

The vision of MC Companies is to serve our employees, investors, customers, and communities by Sharing The Good Life. MC Companies believes in Sharing The Good Life with its communities through donations and volunteer efforts that support a variety of local and national charities. The Company formed a private 501(c)(3) foundation in order to provide each employee with opportunities to be charitable with their time, resources, and money. This employee-driven foundation doesn’t just talk about opportunities but creates them. Every MC Companies employee is encouraged to find a way to give back through paid volunteer hours, paid time off donations, company-sponsored events, and any other opportunity to connect with our local communities.

The MC Partners lead the SGL philanthropic efforts with their personal commitments to many local and national charities. They selflessly give through volunteering their time, board-level participation and personal financial support.
